Somewhere in the Maritime provinces, or Atlantic Canada there is a lobster season open, we enjoy year round availability.

Here at Capt. Terry’s, we follow the open season from province to province-buying live lobster and seasoning them in our temperature controlled holding tanks until ready for live shipment, or off to our cooking tanks for sale as cooked lobster in our fish market or for shipment across Canada.

In addition to our live or cooked whole lobster which generally range in size from 1 lb. up to 3 lbs, we also carry and sell a wide range of lobster products and byproducts-such as-

11.3 oz. Frozen Cold Pack in metal cans. These are available as Knuckle and Claw packs or as Broken Meat. 10 ½ oz. Whole Lobster Meat - packed in a shelf stable glass bottle 4 oz. Lobster Meat-Knuckles & Claws - packed in a shelf stable tin. Sold by the pound. Frozen in shell cooked Lobster Claws n Knuckles or cooked in shell Lobster Tails. Sold by the pound.
